Below we answer the most frequently asked questions about our City Escape games.

The game starts when you enter your team name. Therefore, we recommend that you start the City Escape Game at the starting location indicated in the confirmation email.
City Escape Games are designed for adults and children aged 13 and over. This makes the puzzles and questions too difficult for young children. However, most children will be enthusiastic about the navigation part of the games. Games for smaller children will be available soon.
The distance depends a bit on the city, but each game is about 3 km.
No, you can choose for yourself: Play as fast as possible and try to climb the leaderboard, or play for several days.
Yes! Our games include fun and challenging tasks and not just sightseeing. Why not challenge yourself and another team to see who can get around the fastest? Can you make it to the top of the leaderboard in your city? Plus, we promise you will get a new view of the city during the game.
For now, the games can be played in Swedish and English. Soon other languages will be available. Keep an eye out on our website.
There are many different types of tasks. Sightseeing missions, entertaining questions, brain teasers and photo missions. Something for every personality!

No, you can't. Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a unique username and password to play the game. They are valid for one year.

To play City Escape Games you need to download the Loquiz app. You can download it for free from Google Play (Android) or App Store (Apple). Remember to allow location and camera services on your smartphone when you log in to a game.
Yes! We recommend a smartphone no older than 5 years so that the game app, Loquiz, works properly.
Only one smartphone per team. However, if there are many participants, just buy several games and use one game per phone.
We recommend that you play the game with a well-charged smartphone. Should your phone run out of battery during the game, you can continue playing on another phone. In that case, follow these instructions:
- Press Menu followed by Exit on the smartphone in use (with low battery) (Very important)
- Log in to the Loquiz app on the new phone with your received login details (username and password). Press Ok.
- Do not enter team names and team members again! Instead press: 'continue with existing team' and then select your previously entered team name.
- Continue your City Escape Game on your new smartphone.

After you have completed a purchase, you will receive an email giving you access to the game. In this email you will receive instructions on how to log in and access the game. The username and password you receive are unique and valid for one year.
